How to Hit Your Target
Hitting a high protein target can be challenging. We recommend spreading your intake across 3-4 meals. Focus on lean meats (chicken breast, turkey, lean beef), fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, and supplement with whey protein if needed to reach your daily goal.
