IZEMAccount deletion
In the app, open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. If Sign in with Apple is linked, IZEM may ask for one final Apple confirmation so it can revoke that authorization before deleting the account. IZEM then removes account records and server-owned identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy. App Store/Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in the storefront, and Apple Health records remain in Apple Health.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address with the subject Account deletion request. We may need to verify ownership before processing it.
Common fixes
Restore membershipOpen the membership screen and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the storefront account that made the purchase.
Voice call not connectingCheck microphone permission, notifications, network access, and that an active membership is shown. Calls are not emergency services.
Apple HealthConnect, review categories, turn Health coaching off, or disconnect from the Apple Health screen. The dashboard stays on-device. A separate opt-in covers user-started chats, answered calls, and workout changes you explicitly request; turning it off stops future use and clears the local summary.
Unsafe AI responseTap Report beneath the response, or email support with a short description. Avoid sending sensitive screenshots unless requested.
