IZEM18+ service and wellness scope
You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile or use Gemini-backed IZEM features. IZEM provides general fitness and wellness information—not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, medical clearance, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help for pain, illness, injury, disordered-eating concerns, or an emergency.
1. Using IZEM responsibly
- Provide information that is accurate enough for safe personalization and update it when it changes.
- Use only photos, audio, and text that you have the right to share. Do not upload another person’s sensitive information without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass age, membership, usage, consent, safety, or device-security controls; reverse engineer the service; scrape it; or use it to harm someone.
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify training, nutrition, and health decisions with qualified human advice when the stakes are meaningful.
2. AI processing and Apple Health
AI features require the current in-app AI-processing permission. Apple Health is optional, and its local dashboard is separate from the default-off “Use Health with my coach” permission. If you enable Health coaching, only the selected minimized summary may support coach chats you start, calls after you answer, and workout suggestions or adjustments you explicitly request. Voice context goes directly from your iPhone to Google Gemini; text and requested-workout context is processed transiently by an IZEM Firebase function before Gemini. Raw Health samples stay on your device, Health never changes a plan automatically, and the full storage, retention, memory, and revocation boundaries are in our Privacy Policy.
3. Memberships and purchases
Membership products, prices, billing periods, introductory offers, eligibility, taxes, and renewal terms are the offers currently shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play storefront for your account. IZEM does not promise that a trial or introductory offer will be available. The app displays the storefront’s current price and terms before purchase.
Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the applicable storefront before renewal. Manage, cancel, request refunds, and restore purchases through Apple or Google’s own account controls. Deleting your IZEM account does not cancel a storefront subscription. A complimentary onboarding test call, when shown and available, is a one-time product test—not a recurring free tier or a promise of a future offer.
4. Live coach calls
Calls may use microphone access, CallKit/VoIP delivery, and Google Gemini live processing. Calls are intended for sessions you request, schedule, or explicitly enable. A notification or call setting can be turned off in the app. Delivery can be affected by connectivity, device state, permissions, or provider availability; no emergency or guaranteed response time is offered.
5. Safety and content reporting
IZEM uses automated and human-reviewed safety processes to reduce harmful content. If a response is unsafe, use the in-app report action or email support@youraicoach.life. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, or attempts to defeat safeguards.
6. Account closure and changes
You can sign out or delete your IZEM account from Profile. Account deletion revokes linked Sign in with Apple authorization and removes IZEM-held account data as described in the Privacy Policy, but does not cancel App Store/Google Play billing or delete Apple Health records. We may change, suspend, or retire features as the service evolves. Material AI-disclosure changes require a fresh in-app consent choice.
7. Disclaimer and contact
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, IZEM disclaims warranties and liability for decisions made solely from AI output, interrupted calls, provider outages, or loss caused by information you supplied incorrectly. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
