These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Callio mobile application ("the App"), operated by Callio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Not Medical Advice
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Callio provides general fitness and nutritional information only. Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, nutrition plan, or making changes to your health routine — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use this App entirely at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in EU/EEA countries) to use the App
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per person — no shared or multiple accounts
4. Account and Registration
You may register using email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Facebook Login. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@youraicoach.life if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Free and Premium Plans
The App offers both a free tier and optional premium subscription plans.
Free Plan
- Limited AI features (limited chat messages and body scans per period)
- Access to basic workout and meal plan generation
Premium Plan
- Unlimited AI coaching, chat, and scan features
- Billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual)
- Pricing displayed at the time of purchase within the App
- Payment processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
6. Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
🔒 100% Payment Safety Guarantee: All payment processing, card handling, and subscription upgrades are managed directly and securely through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) and Google Play Store (for Android users). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial data on our servers.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, processed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period through your device's subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions on Android).
- Refund Policy: Since all subscriptions are managed directly by Apple and Google, refunds are subject to their respective policies:
- Apple Users: You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID, selecting "I'd like to request a refund," and choosing the reason.
- Google Play Users: You can request a refund via the Google Play Help website under "Request a refund on Google Play" within 48 hours of purchase, or contact us at support@youraicoach.life with your Google Play transaction ID for assistance.
- We reserve the right to adjust subscription rates. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, allowing you to cancel before the new rate applies.
7. AI-Generated Content
Workout plans, meal plans, and coaching responses are generated by AI (Google Gemini). AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Results may vary. We make no guarantee that AI plans will produce specific fitness outcomes.
- AI plans are personalised based on information you provide
- Always use your judgement and consult a professional for health decisions
- We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated plans
8. Camera and Body Scan Features
- Body scan and food scan features are entirely optional
- Images are processed in real-time by AI and are not stored by us
- By using these features, you consent to temporary processing of images
- Do not use these features to scan other individuals without their consent
9. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent any security measures
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit app content without permission
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the App to compete with or replicate our service
10. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to AI algorithms, branding, interface design, text, and code — is the property of Callio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. AI-generated plans are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from use of the App
- We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or indirect damages
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callio, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Attempt to harm the App or other users
You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting support@youraicoach.life.
14. Data Deletion
Upon account deletion, all your personal data, fitness profiles, AI plans, and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
To request deletion: open the App → Profile → scroll to bottom → "Delete Account". Alternatively, email support@youraicoach.life with subject "Data Deletion Request".
15. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, and social login providers. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
